At the time of writing 6 go for this Class 3 handicap hurdle and interesting all 6 of these runners have won at this distance.
Calvinist is eyeing up a Hatrick of wins after winning at Uttoxeter last time out where he beat another runner in this race Shetland Bus by 5 and a half lengths. I can't see Shetland Bus turning that around.
Chapmanshype is lurking on a good mark but appears to have lost his way a little in his last 3 races but looks a little overpriced here.
However, my selection I like the look of is the former flat stayer October Storm for in form Donald McCain. Who is operating at a 22% strike rate in the last 14 Days
October Storm has been on an upward curve since summer hurdling winning 2 of his 3 races over the summer. Rookie Jockey Peter Kavanagh takes a handy 10 pounds with his allowance which makes October Storm a featherweight going into this race today. This is a step up in class for October Storm having not run in a class 3 hurdle race beforehand.
However, October Storm can handle this class and could be a horse that has a bit more progress in him
