Dakota Grey posted his only career victory over course and distance off a mark of 111 and has made the frame in all four prior runs at the track so could be thrown in off a mark of 100. His trainer has had two winners from four over hurdles in the last couple of weeks so his runner is worth chancing in the hope that a return to the course and the first-time cheekpieces do the trick.
Joint top-weights Copper West and Cesar Collonges should benefit from the drop back in trip here and rate as principal dangers, while Barry’s Jack is two from two over course and distance but would need to show vast improvement based on recent runs.
