EEH BAH GUM TO END LOSING RUN

The losing run of Eeh Bah Gum is beginning to mount up however as a result he has slipped down to an attractive mark, some 10lbs below his last win. His trainer has been in decent form over the last few weeks, his runner is two from two over course and distance and a pipe-opener at Thirsk two weeks ago should set him up nicely for this race.

Dark Shot was a decent second at Epsom on return last month and although now 8 years old should remain competitive at this level, although an overall career record of three wins from fifty on turf shows that he often finds at least one too good.

All three of Savalas turf victories have come on good-to-soft ground and he was an encouraging third on debut for his new yard earlier this month so could be capable of building on that performance, while Look Out Louis has only gone up 1lbs for victory at Wetherby last month and is another who can't be dismissed.
