There's very little between these on official ratings which makes this a really competitive heat.
The likely soft ground and some luck in running could be the deciding factors.
Sacred is a useful filly. She won the Nell Gwyn and then quite rightly took her chance in the 1000 Guineas. She was slightly disappointing that day, maybe the trip stretched her and she will be happier stepping back to this distance. However the recent rain could blunt her finishing kick.
Onassis does have form with soft in the description. Connections pick and choose their targets carefully. A fast run race at this trip will suit, but she will need plenty of luck in running to weave a passage to victory.
Bounce The Blues is the selection. She looks to be a seven furlong specialist to me.
Another positive is that she’s tactically versatile and with that in mind she hopefully could just sit of the pace and deliver a winning challenge.
She almost certainly hasn’t had conditions in her favour this season. This looks a great opportunity for her to get of the mark this term.
