The seven year old MR ORMSBY is a former course and distance winner who hasn’t tasted success since March 2018, however he returns to the scene of his last victory with 3lbs less weight on his back. He was a tad unlucky when returning to action after a 220 day lay off and didn’t get the clearest of breaks when in contention. Bound to come on for that effort, is on an attractive mark and has a solid jockey booking all of which points to a horse that the bookmakers seem to be overlooking. At a very impressive 20/1 current price I can’t help but get enthused about placing a solid each way bet.
